pH7.3±0.2(25℃)

 

配制方法:

      称取本品40.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中(可按比例增加或减少配制量),加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀,以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固,备用。

Preparation method:
 
According to take this product 40.0 g in 1 l of distilled water or deionized water (can be in proportion to increase or decrease preparation), heating boiling until completely dissolved, repackaging, 121 ℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, please shake after sterilization, to prevent AGAR deposited on the bottom of the vessel and solidification, and set aside.
