标准Ⅰ号营养琼脂配制方法:取本品37.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中,加热至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀,以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固,备用。

Standared Ⅰ Nutrient Agar Formula[配方]: g/L
Peptone[蛋白胨]:15.0g
Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉]:3.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化钠]:6.0g
Dextrose[葡糖糖]:1.0g
Agar[琼脂]:12.0g
pH7.5±0.2[25℃]
 
Standard No. 1 Nutritional Agar Preparation Method: 37.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heated to fully dissolved, packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar deposited in the bottom of the vessel and solidify, reserve.
