西蒙氏柠檬酸盐琼脂培养基配制方法：称取本品32.3g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中[可按比例增加或减少配制量],加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装试管，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，灭菌后请摇匀，以防琼脂沉淀于器皿底部，备用。

Bromthymol Blue[溴麝香草酚蓝]：0.08g
