TGC液体培养基配制方法：称取本品28.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中[可按比例增加或减少配制量]，煮沸溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌后迅速冷却，备用。

Peptone[蛋白胨]：15.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化钠]： 2.5g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]：5.0g
L-Cystine[L-胱氨酸]：0.5g
Sodium Thioglycollate[硫乙醇酸钠]：0.5g
Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉]：5.0g
pH7.1±0.2 [25℃]
TGC liquid medium preparation method: weigh this product 28.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can be increased or reduced in proportion to the amount of preparation], boil and dissolve, sub-pack, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, quickly cooling after sterilization, reserve.
