大豆-酪蛋白消化物琼脂培养基配制方法:称取本品40.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中[可按比例增加或减少配制量],加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀,以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固,备用。

Enzymatic Digest of Soybean  Meal[大豆木瓜蛋白酶消化物 ] :5.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化钠] :5.0g
Agar[琼脂] :15.0g
pH7.3±0.2[25℃]
Soybean-casein digestive agar medium preparation method: weigh 40.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can be increased or reduced in proportion to the amount of preparation], heat and boil to complete dissolution, sub-pack, high-pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes, after sterilization, shake well, in order to prevent agar deposition in the bottom of the utensil and solidify, reserve.
