糖发酵培养基基础培养基配制方法:称取本品20.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中[可按比例增加或减少配制量],微温溶解,按需求加入0.5%糖溶液制备成糖发酵培养基,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。

 
Sugar Fermentation Medium Base Formula[配方]: g/L
Peptone[蛋白胨]:10.0g
Beef Extract[牛肉浸粉]:5.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化钠]:3.0g
Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate [十二水磷酸氢二钠] :2.0g
Bromthymol Blue[溴麝香草酚蓝]:0.024g
pH7.4±0.1[25℃]
Sugar fermentation medium preparation method: weigh 20.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or reduce the amount of preparation in proportion], slightly temperature solution, add 0.5% sugar solution as required to prepare sugar fermentation medium, sub-packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes, ready.
