平板计数牛奶琼脂培养基配制方法:称取本品24.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中,加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀,以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固,备用。

Casamino Acid[酸解干酪素]:5.0g
Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉] :2.5g
Defatted milk powder[脱脂乳粉] :1.0g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]:1.0g
Agar[琼脂]:15.0g          
pH7.0±0.1[25℃]
