乳糖发酵培养基配制方法:称取本品30.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中(可按比例增加或减少配制量),微温溶解,分装,115℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷暗储存备用。(资料来自:青岛日水生物官网)
