葡萄糖琼脂dextrose agar配制方法:称取本品38.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中(可按比例增加或减少配制量),加热煮沸溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌20分钟,备用。(资料来自:青岛日水生物)

葡萄糖:10.0g
溴甲酚紫:0.015g
琼脂:12.0g
pH7.0±0.1(25℃)
Glucose agar dextrose agar preparation method: call this product 38.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or reduce the dosage in proportion), heat boil dissolve, separate, 121 centigrade high pressure sterilization for 20 minutes, spare.
