胰蛋白胨胆汁琼脂（TBA）配制方法：称取本品36.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，加热溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀,以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固，备用。（资料来自：青岛日水生物）

The preparation method of pancreatic peptone Bile Agar (TBA): call this product 36.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and dissolve, pack, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes, and shake well after sterilizing, in order to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the vessel and set aside.
