Endo培养基配制方法：称取本品3.86g于98ml蒸馏水或去离子水中并加入2ml无水乙醇（可按比例增加或减少配制量），121℃高压灭菌15分钟，摇匀，备用。

碱性品红：0.3g
琼脂：12.5g
pH7.4±0.2（25℃）
