哥伦比亚血琼脂基础配制方法:
称取本品47.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷却至44-47℃,添加5-7%无菌脱纤维羊血,轻轻混匀,倾注平板。
