改良克氏双糖铁培养基配制方法:
称取本品65.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中(可按比例增加或减少配制量),加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装试管,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后制成高层斜面,备用。

Peptone (蛋白胨)                                  20.0g                          
Beef Extract(牛肉浸出粉)                     3.0g
Yeast Extract(酵母浸粉)                       3.0g               
Sodium Chloride(氯化钠)                           5.0g
Sorbitol(山梨醇)                                   20.0g
Dextrose(葡萄糖)                                   1.0g
Ferric Ammonium Citrate 
(柠檬酸铁铵)                                           0.5g
Sodium Thiosulfate(硫代硫酸钠)         0.5g
Phenol Red(酚红)                              0.025g      
Agar(琼脂)                                            12.0g                              
pH7.4±0.2(25℃)       
 
 

 
Preparation method:
Weigh 65.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water
Medium (can increase or decrease proportionally), heat and cook
Boiling until completely dissolved, repackaging tube, 121 ℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, after the sterilization cant made top, set aside.

PH7.4 slightly + / - 0.2 (25 ℃)
