Hugh-Leifson 培养基的配方和使用配制方法:
称取本品21.3g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中（可按比例增加或减少配制量）,加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装试管，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，灭菌后请摇匀，以防琼脂沉淀于器皿底部，备用。

pH7.2±0.2(25℃）
